Brief biographies of our principal partners and key consultants are presented below.

John L. Nelson
, President, Nelson Consulting. With forty years experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry, thirty-five as a senior executive, John led a number of high-technology business ventures from start up to international prominence and financial success. Within the Fortune 50 corporate culture John headed several business incubator projects; e.g., referred to as the father of NEXIS. In the 80s and 90s, John built moderate to high-risk software consulting companies into international prominence and profitability. Career highlights include rapid revenue growth, high margins, international expansion, mergers, acquisitions, private placements and IPOs. In 2000 John formed Nelson Consulting to provide mid-market business owners with merger, acquisition and investment banking acumen as a business intermediary. Career sales revenue and transaction closings exceed $300M.
 
Dick Green, President of National Business Search, Inc. Dick Green has extensive business experience that includes sales and general management as an executive with Xerox Corporation and 30 years of mid-market deal making. He is a past president of the Texas Association of Business Brokers and a former seminar leader on mergers and acquisitions for the International Association of Business Brokers. He co-founded and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Xerox Alumni Association, a business alumni group established 19 years ago that Business Week referred to as the most powerful small business network in the country.
 
Dave Green, Vice President, National Business Search (Business Broker).  Dave Green is a licensed Florida attorney with more than 20 years of experience in the business world. He was a transaction lawyer in the corporate and banking sections of Thompson & Knight, one of the largest law firms in Dallas, Texas. He has been a board member and legal advisor for National Business Search since 1985 and has owned and operated a successful import and distribution company since 1991. Mr. Green has a Florida real estate license, and speaks Spanish. He has a BA and JD from the University of Texas at Austin.
 
Bill Hayward, Chairman of the Board, Hayward & Associates. The company is a Florida Licensed Mortgage Brokerage business that has financed all types of commercial properties including office buildings, hotels, motels, destination resorts and subdivisions in Los Angeles, California; Denver, Colorado and Baltimore, Maryland. In 1991, Hayward & Associates began concentrating on the golf industry and has successfully financed a number of golf courses throughout the USA including three Arnold Palmer Courses.

David N. Corner, Financial Consultant - CFO.  David developed his financial, accounting and administrative skills in staff, management, and senior executive positions in the United States, Europe and Latin America. Professional experience includes public and private companies, and not-for-profit foundations, spanning many industries and locations. David is particularly adept at understanding and satisfying the financial requirements of small and mid-sized organizations during various stages of development. David fulfills the role of individual contributor or team member equally well; whichever is appropriate to the situation.
 
Keith Hall, Executive Consultant CIO & CEO.  Keith has thirty four years experience within information technology and an entrepreneur with proven success in building technology start-ups into viable businesses. Keith began his career as a software engineer and project leader and became a senior executive after a series of managerial assignments. He has over fifteen years experience as a management and technical consultant in information technology. His experience has been utilized in industries such as: retail, consumer packaged goods, transportation, telecommunications, and consumer finance.
 
Aadonia de la Torre, Director of Operations, Nelson Consulting.  Serving in a management capacity for 15 years with a multi-national financial corporation, specializing in finance, operational auditing, project management and consulting, Aadonia is the consummate professional within the position she holds at Nelson Consulting. She is a graduate of Mercer University, Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Management and Finance. Her superior financial background, client advocacy bias and attention to thoroughness positions Aadonia as an invaluable team player.
